Readyswap terms of service.

TUF Team tip: Readyswap is developed and supported by the TUF team.

The TUF team has a roadmap to continue to develop and upgrade Readyswap over time, in utility and scope. As such, Terms of Service are subject to change at the developers discretion, for both technical and commercial considerations. Please review periodically.

Provision of Readyswap as a Fee for Service offering

Swap transactions through the Readyswap (manually or automatically) will be charged a 1% tax on every buy and sell.

Readyswap smart contract handles this automatically. If you’d like to double-check, please visit the block explorer EtherScan to find the transactions.

• The bot charges 1% directly from each transaction taken on execution.

• Failed swap transactions will not be charged.

• For comparison, Metamask charges a 0.875% fee on swaps without the additional speed of private node, saved presets, two-click to swap, and token pre-launch swap positioning features.

• There are no plans to introduce a subscription-based service.

The Readyswap web-swapper platform is designed for users to access new token launches and hyped token buys through a super-quick and easy interface, with a focus on speed and -pre-configuration of trade settings to allow for the best, fastest token entries and exits.

Revenue Share

A percentage of revenue generated from Readyswap will be shared with TUF Token tier-level holders Tier 1 and Tier 2.

The revenue share will be 25% to be allocated across all Tier-levels, with an additional 5% allocated for project marketing. The revenue share percentage is subject to change at the full discretion of Readyswap project developer, as is the revenue segmentation structure is shared between TUF token tiers.

The goal of the revenue share is to encourage Readyswap users to buy into the TUF token service tiers and access its services - and by utilizing TUF services and ecosystem, improve their Crypto Trading results and profitability.

The terms apply to any updates and any related documentation, that we provide from time to time for your use in connection with the Readyswap app trading tools.

Permission in connection with the use of the Readyswap application.

If you use applications created by TUF, such as the Readyswap app, you may grant us certain permissions with respect to your device. Most desktop and mobile devices provide you with information about these permissions.

Nothing in this website is an offer to sell, or the solicitation of an offer to buy any tokens. Readyswap is publishing this website solely for the purpose of providing information, offering its swap trading services, and to also receive feedback and comments from the public in regard to the app. Nothing on this website should be treated or read as a guarantee or promise of profits or how Readyswap or the TUF business or the tokens will develop or of the utility or value of the tokens.

It is important that you understand the risks before trading with cryptocurrencies, due to their highly speculative nature, which makes it very volatile. Your compliance with Local Laws

Your promise to legally use Readyswap services. You should abide by the laws and regulations of the country or region of residence and must not use Readyswap for any illegal purpose or use Readyswap services in any illegal way.

You may not use Readyswap to engage in illegal or criminal activities, including but not limited to: a. Engage in any illegal and criminal acts, including but not limited to money laundering, illegal fund-raising, etc.; b. Conduct transactions that are inconsistent with the transaction content declared by the counterparty, or untrue transactions; f. Engage in any act that infringes or may infringe the Readyswap service system and data; g. Other acts that violate laws or regulations or acts that Readyswap deem inappropriate with legitimate reasons. You understand and agree that if you violate the relevant laws or regulations (including but not limited to taxation regulations) or the provisions of this agreement, Readyswap reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service provided to you. To the extent that cause Readyswap to suffer any losses, damages or to be subject to any third-party claims or any administrative penalties, you shall compensate Readyswap for all losses and damages including reasonable attorney’s fees. You promise to pay Readyswap ’s service fees (if any) on time, otherwise Readyswap has the right to suspend or terminate the service provided to you.

Compliance with tax obligations

The users of Readyswap are solely responsible to determine what if any, taxes apply to their Readyswap transactions. The owners of, or contributors to, Readyswap are NOT responsible for determining the taxes that apply to transactions made using Readyswap services.
